Lemon Tree Cottage is a newly converted, two-bedroom, self catering holiday home with a charming contemporary-yet-homely ambience. Beautifully decorated in chic neutral colours with many unusual and traditional features, the cottage is a superb and tasteful blend of ‘old’ and new with a ‘boutique’ style master bedroom and luxury bathroom. The cottage sleeps 4 adults, and we allow up to 2 well behaved, medium-sized dogs by prior appointment.

A delightful cottage, Lemon Tree is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) just one mile from The Green in the beautiful village of Broadway in the heart of the Cotswolds. Its many windows provide fantastic light throughout the day and it boasts stunning views towards the hills and Broadway Tower from a small balcony accessible from the master bedroom. The second bedroom is small with a sloping ceiling and a 4’ double bed. The cottage is link-detached (via the entrance passageway) to the owners’ property next door but has a private patio fenced off from the garden of the main house

Available as a holiday let in Broadway since September 2009, Lemon Tree Cottage is fully dog-friendly for responsible pet owners and non-pet owners should please note that the cottage is maintained to an extremely high level of cleanliness and hygiene.

Broadway is easily cycle or walk-able from Lemon Tree Cottage via Cheltenham Road (pavements and a grass verge footpath) or by taking country lanes and crossing a meadow and stream - very picturesque and a great place for a summer picnic! There is an excellent supermarket in the village centre (Budgen) as well as a great delicatessen, lots of gift, antique, furniture and clothes shops, art galleries, a library, chemist, post office, doctor’s surgery, dentist and two banks. Broadway has several restaurants, cafes and pubs which offer a great selection of food and there is a newly created recreation area for youngsters and the recently opened furniture museum near the tourist information centre.

Regular trains run from London Paddington to either Evesham (4 miles, 10 minutes by taxi) or Moreton-in-Marsh (12 miles, 15 minutes by taxi). Trains from Birmingham run directly to Evesham.  There are buses into Broadway from both towns but please check timetables for regularity (National Rail Enquiries). Trains also run into Cheltenham which is half an hour
away by car and has regular buses serving Broadway. Coaches run from London Victoria to Evesham and the Oxford Tube coaches run from London to Oxford where you can take a train to Evesham.
